Since I started the company in 1982, it has remained privately owned and has made bespoke personal travel arrangements for well over a million customers.

Apart from providing 'service beyond the call', we also provide our customers with financial peace of mind. All bookings with my company are fully protected by our  ATOL licence administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. Unfortunately, many travellers have already discovered that airlines are not required to have an ATOL licence and consequently anyone booking directly with them has NO financial protection. Many airlines have gone bust recently and with the rising price of oil we can expect many more, including some well known names.

Despite the way the internet has changed our business, we still value the relationship with every customer and will continue to offer the kind of personal one-to-one service that is rare to find.
