Airport Security at London Heathrow
Passengers travelling from London's Heathrow airport are advised to be mindful of recent security search changes introduced by the BAA. We recommend passengers allow extra time to check-in to avoid further delays. Long queues are currently being experienced at check-in desks, security control and gates.
Passengers should note that:
* Laptops must be removed from hand baggage and put through scanners on the trays provided.
* Passengers wearing belts may be asked to remove them before going through security.
For further information please refer to www.baa.co.uk.
Hotel Descriptions/Ratings Policy
Since there is no official Worldwide hotel classification system, we have devised our own grading system to assist you in selecting the right hotel. The star classification system represent Travelplanners' assessment of each hotel that, in our opinion, reflects the facilities, service, location and overall standard of accommodation offered by each property.
