APIS - Advance Passenger Information System
Advance Passenger Information (API) is a US Government regulation which requires airlines to collect and transmit additional information about every passenger prior to the departure of flights bound for the USA. The API required includes passengers passport data, dates of birth & the full address of their first nights accommodation in the USA.
API should be provided directly to the airline prior to departure - the easiest way to do this is via the airlines own website (you can add your API prior to departure or when you check-in using the airlines online check-in facility). Below are links to add API to your booking (or to add API & check-in online) and also a telephone numbers for each airline, should you prefer to add your API over the phone.
